I've been meaning to make some of your runs- I've heard nothing but good about you and have also enjoyed the forum greatly- but my schedule's been a bit unforgiving. I help run some of the Haunted Houses in town so late September through early November is a bad time for me Hopefully, I will be able to make November or catch a fun-run at some time when I am not busy prepping ghosts and ghouls for the season. I have a few fun runs that are going on over the next month before Spooky Season gets into full swing for me. URL for detailed information is http://jeep.meetup.com/225 The dates and times for these runs are: September 1- 6PM: Lovell Canyon Loop evening run September 15th- 10:30AM: Bitter Springs Trail daylight run There is also a late-night excursion on the 18th of November that looks like a camp-out just outside of town's light pollution. This coincides with the predicted strongest day for the Leonid Meteor Shower. |

Welcome to the message board. I'm sure you will get some people to join you for those runs. Due to scheduling conflicts, I won't be able to make the Lovell run (out of town) or the Nov. run (busy with G2E show). But I might be able to make Bitter Springs. |

I'm posting them more frequently, though my Halloween extracurricular activities will keep me local and off anything too lengthy for October. I'm also usually out on the trails locally about 3-4 times a week (yeah, I've been bitten by the bug big time ), so give me a ping if you feel like checking somewhere out. |
