Post subject:  Little Red Rock Clean-up

I have been asked to post about a clean-up scheduled for Little Red Rock on 7/4 in the afternoon. This will be put on by Hughes Corporation (the corporation that owns the land that Little Red Rock is on). There might be a BBQ afterwards. And a surprise after the work is done. I will post more info as I get it. If interested, please call me @ 453-2358 (early evenings before 8:30pm).

Would love to help, but will be helping our friends of the rubicon. They are doing some trail repair. West of Lake Tahoe at present time. No smoke so are safe.

Like I posted on SinCity 4X4, I think this is a good way to show a business that we (OHV) users care about the land.

This will build a repore with the business that we can use later if needed.

I have asked Mac to give me a report of the activities for that day, and I will get it published in the United e-news and the Voice, our quarterly publication.
So, I hope that Mac or someone else takes some pictures.

I am putting Geno to work on the Rubicon/BFG work weekend.
He is after a new set of BFG tires. hehe

I try not to work too hard. Will be ready for some pre runs when we get to Ruth. We'll be there about the 3 or 4th of July.
I like your new smilly face.

Like they would get a big turnout on the 4th of July when it's going to be 110 outside - Duhh I think they were just trying to make a point that the offroad community wouldn't come out and give support. Maybe if it wasn't on a holiday and 110 people would show up.

Only Joe, Al and Sheila are crazy enough to venture out into the desert in that heat!!!

nope...that is not why it was canceled

lawyers are involved in everything a corp does.
they did not get the release papers to us in time to sign and return.
simple reschedule to another time that the lawyers can get all the
T`s crossed `n eyes <---- dotted

heat don't bother lots of us....LOL
after all we live in a desert
