Nevada has the most geothermal hot springs of any other state. This site has easy to read info on finding them. I linked directly to the homepage as search links won't be saved long enough to link to, or if one wants to search another state.

To find hot springs:

Click on the "Hot Springs" link on the right of the circle.

The map of the US will load, then click on Nevada (or any state you want to search).

Two pages of local info will load. Scroll down and click on the "NV NGDC Listings" tab.

The list will load in order from hottest to coolest. TF means Fahrenheit, TC is Celsius. Yes, the first one really is 210 degrees Fahrenheit!

If you like, you can click on the underlined name of the spring, which will take you to a topo map of the spring at Topozone.com. Or you can use the LAT/Long listing to find it on your own map/software.

This book, though not in print, is a good resource for anyone into hot springs. The author hits the best spots in Nevada and has good inside info as he has actually been there.

this link is a day too short.

I had some guests at my bar last night that own a Jeep Wrangler X and were asking about where the hot springs around here are, and I couldn't tell them with any certainty.

I gave them club info that I had, such as the website, so I hope you guys are lurking and find this post.
