I want to make D-Ring shackles for the front and rear of my jeep. I'll pay for the materials and your choice of beer but I need help with making them as I just don't have the tools for it.
My idea is to get tubing that will slide snuggly into the front and rear frame rails and weld a D-Ring link on the end with the tube being bolted into the frame rail. It will stick out just far enough to come through the bumper covers so the D-Ring's are accessible.
Thank you in advance. Oh and depending on the timing I may be able to do my CB install. I still need to go to my dad's to get the CB and antenna though hence why it's a low priority right now
