Hello,

I need to get new tires for my Jeep, and would like opinions on P vs LT tires. I have had 2 sets of LT tires, BFGoodrich AT and Firestone Destination MT. I'm looking at AT's now and am considering a P style tire for better ride for a new baby thats on the way. Do any members of the club run P tires, and have you had problems with them? My BFG's were C load tires, and my Firestone's are E load tires, so I'm wondering if a P style tire will have a thick enough sidewall for general trails like Bittersprings, etc.

You can't go wrong with BFG tires when it comes to AT's. If you keep them balanced and rotated they will last a long time. Rhey have a manufacture 50,000 mile guarentee. The procomp tire also has the same guarentee of 50 thousand. We have them on sell right now buy 3 get 1 free. I just changed out a set of BFG's that had somewhere around 70,000 miles on my wifes ZJ.
