After helping other people with their vehicles, I am in need of help this time. I need some help to replace the transmission in Rubi. I will be doing this on Saturday at my house. Starting time 7:30am. PM or e-mail me for directions.

Sorry Bob I gotta work Sat. or I'd be happy to help. I did talk to my buddy at the tranny shop, but he's backed up 2 weeks I figured that was not gonna help you so I didn't go any further .

I'm dissapointed, asmany people that Bob has helped over the years, and lots of views but no responses. come on people I will be there and I am not supposed to work on anything, my Jeep or anyone elses, but I do, allergies to oil dirt and many others, but myself and Bob are there for you. Come on people it is time for some paybackand some help. I know that some people work on the weekends, so you have a good excuse. I opened my garage for many times and people and missed my sons soccer games for this club and great group of people, but if we cant get a little support for Bob the Garage is closed. hate to be such a poop but, come on

thanx ed

Bob I have a Union Steward meeting on Saturday at the Teamster Hall. If I get out of it early I would be glad to help you. If you don't get it done on Saturday I'm free on Sunday.
Send me directions and a Phone number just incase I can make it.

holy crap, I have a meeting at work on Saturday morning.

will be there afterwards for a couple hours. I have to work at 5pm.

I don't know what I can do, but I figure after rescues and whatnot it's all I can do to lend some kind of help.

I have to agree with Ed, the response Bobs getting for help is really sad . It's actually kind of irritating considering all he's done to help everyone in this club. :x Bob I'm going to see if I can find someone to work for me Sat. The only problem I'm going to have is finding someone capable of running the office and installing, my choices are kind of limited . But I'll see what I can do . If I can work this out I'll gladly sacrifice 1 days pay to help out someone who never asks for help and needs it now .

Cool. Using a lift would be much easier than laying under the Jeep. I will give Deven a call in the morning. Thanks Mac.

Which I was closer than 250 miles away, because I would be there. Sorry I can't help.

hey bob,
satuday i am flying to Portland, oregon for 1st family re-union after my mom's passing in may.
w.c. fields tombstone said he would rather be in pittsburgh, i would rather be in a garage with a jeep in progress than enduring the aunts and uncles and cousins, 1st and 2nd; who i remember vaguely by photos in albums.
just think of every family re-union you have endured....
ya gotta do what ya gotta do.
the saving grace, it will only be in the 90's, and there is a micro-brewery pub up the road that is celebrating Cornelius Pass Roadhouse Brewfest. I see a way to have something besides Olympia beer in the cooler.
Truckworkz shop offer is a score. I was at the open house and saw some of Devon's custom work on a new JK.Very impressive.
somebody post pictures, ok?
Looking forward to Ely, new trails and BBQ at The Ranch.
what more do ya need.
