Hi everybody. Not sure why it took me so long to find this board, but glad that I did. I'm hoping to make it for some runs. I run a 08 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Rubicon on a 2.5 inch lift with 33s. I've got a blog at http://www.davidson-law.net/blogs/jeeplaw where I have been keeping track of a lot of the trails I've run over the last couple of years. I like to think that I've done a fair number of runs (mostly in Clark County), and I want to get out to some of the surrounding territory as well.

Hi guys!

JT here...Well, I'm FINALLY back! Don't know if any of you will remember me, but I ran with the club back in 2004-2007. I had a black 2004 Rubi, 4" Teraflex lift, 33s. I had to sell it because it was my primary vehicle and I was driving roughly 120 miles a day and besides the wear and tear, it was costing me a FORTUNE on fuel. Trading it in was one of the saddest days of my life! :(

Here we are five years later and I just bought a 2012 Rubicon! It's currently stock and probably will be for a while as I'm still undecided on what mods I want to install (not to mention needing to save my pennies after the recent purchase!!).

I'm REALLY excited to be back and am looking forward to meeting up with everyone again soon!

Looking forward to it, Bob! I typically work M-F, so I can probably make most runs that take place on weekends. With enough notice I might even be able to make a Fun Run on a weekday.

Quick question: As I said, my rig is brand-new and I need to get another CB...Any recommendations as far as make, model and installation?

CHEERS!

I sent an email to Rainman. He use to have a radio business, Hopefully he still does. I hope he will answer my email or log on to answer your questions. I will let you know.

There is a CB shop somewhere in Boulder City. Don't know the address, sorry.
