The wife and I just moved here from the east coast. So far we really like how much there is to do and the weather is great. I just got another ZJ and I was wondering if anybody knew of a good trustworthy mechanic that I can have it checked out at. I am fairly sure that the rear wheel bearings are shot.
As soon as I can get this rig sure footed we can start hitting up the ghost towns! Can't do that in South Carolina. I am dying to get this thing trail ready.
Thanks,

Mike

I found a sound clip of another Jeep that sounds similar to mine if this helps. You can ff a little.

Talk to Darrell about Ted Wiens firestone/custom 4x4 on LV Blvd & Oakley. Or James at Adams Driveshaft in Henderson.

Thanks! Me too. I am very happy to have a Jeep again. To many years with a car. I believe it's bad for your knees getting in and out of those things. :D

I agree with Bob (much as I hate to) those 2 shops are fair and honest. I also welcome you and and hope to see you out there.

For what it's worth, I have a mechanic that I trust at 5 star auto. His name is Bobby, and he is the owner. It's a small shop, and he has never taken advantage of me for any work I have needed done. The shop is at Sahara and Torry Pines. If you talk to him, tell him that Travis sent you that way.

Just my $.02

Travis
