My name's Devin. I've lived in Ely about 5 years now. Done a little backroads exploring around the area in an old 2wd s10 I had, though not much in the last year or so since I got it stuck a while back. Recently picked up a 4wd ram I was hoping to mod up a little. Though deep in my heart, Im a Landcruiser guy. Saw my first fj40 at 14 and have lusted for one ever since. Found out about your club by seeing a sticker on a purple XJ parked outside of Magaritia's yesterday. So needless to say, bored at work and thought Id look ya up. Seems like a great group of people to wheel with. As work allows I'll try to join in a ride.

Welcome to the Message Board. We are primarily based in Las Vegas, but we do have members in the Ely area. Every year around the end of July, we invade Ely and take over the town of Ruth for our annual "Weekend in White Pine".

If you are looking for more trails up there, you can talk to Geno. He is one of our members and also the president of the White Pine 4 Wheelers. He can be found working at Sportsworld in Ely.

Hope I get to meet you when we are in Ely in July.

Just an updated hi. Got a new (to me) FJ Cruiser since the last time I was around here. Saw the upcomming events in Ely this next weekend and hope to maybe join in on Sunday (got to work Fri and Sat). Maybe Sawmill Canyon into Lund for those of you heading back down south on 318. I did it last week. Nice drive.
