Hi everybody! my name is Charles and I think this forum is awesome. I came across it while researching info on Mormon Wells. Congrats on the adoption. I've lived in Vegas pretty much my whole life - so 38 years. I've done a good amount of off-roading- I understand the desert.

So for your club runs are you pretty much jeep trails? I typically drive full-sized pick-ups, so I tend to stay off those 'mule trails' the Jeep crowd are so fond of ^_^

So i'd like to hang out here, i'd like to learn from everyone on this board their experiences wheeling in the area.
cheers!

Charles

welcome to the board. if you read the topics in the club info forum you'll get a real good idea of what we are about and how we do things. we're not a "jeep club" but a 4x4 club and our once a month official club runs are do-able in any size 4x4 vehicle. 8)

What Brad says. Welcome our our wonderful little world here. Your truck should be able to handle most of our runs. But, when in doubt, just ask. See ya on the trail soon.

Thanks! I've been perusing the topics and I think you have a great organization. I've learned about a bunch of trails that I've never heard of before. I am thinking about some mods on the new ride, I'm currently working on getting my CB in a good location for starters.
Cheers-

Hehe... madness

I marvel at people's reactions when they ask what I like to do and I say- drive out into the middle of the desert, sit on a rock and let the wind whistle through my ears.
