Would like to explore more of Cottonwood Valley area. been there many times, but there's always a road to explore out there that I always seem to miss.

ruins, petroglyphs, etc are out there.

if you're interested post up.

will do breakfast at the McDonald's on Blue Diamond and Rainbow at 8:30am and hit the road at 9.

bring lunch since it can be as long a day we wanna make it. possible conclusion at the Pioneer. :-)

wow, talk about kickin' yer butt.

remember that hill, Beth, that I went up that time us two went exploring? me and Allen went up it again, except farther up.

man, it looks fine, but underneath the rocks is a fine silt type stuff that got me stuck and sliding. no traction at all, even with lockers/ lsds and aired down. whoa! got out, but it was a definite pucker moment.

hey there,
i think that was the one where i stayed at the base cuz i had just lost my last hitch pin for my jks disconnects.
it was pre-body lift, was rubbing them off on tight turns.
didn't want to jack up the disconnect. it looked pretty steep from my vantage point
was there a photo documentation?
least ya didn't blow a side wall out on your tire.

speaking of hitch pins, Allen's was claimed, twice, even took the anchor off the frame.

no photo documentation this time round.
