during the club run earlier this month i avoided taking the green's wagon road over to rosalie because i hadn't pre-run it and didn't know the condition of that section. the last time we ran it several years ago it was pretty degraded in spots and rated a 2.5 due to washouts but was still do-able in a stock rig. we've had a couple years of good rain and snow on the mountain and it could have gotten worse so i didn't want to chance the stock vehicles. mac mentioned that he'd like to try it on one of his mondays off. i contacted him and we set it up for the 3rd. i really can't say what we'll find, it could still be stock friendly or it could be so bad we have to turn around, so that's why i'm posting this in the exploreing forum. i'll lead the group up from the gorge road side making a stop at the ruins of ivanpah and since we've allready seen the big hole in the ground probably take the trails around the southeast side to greens cabin. we'll meet in primm at the spot next to whisky pete's and the gas station. mac said to meet at 0800 and roll by 0830. it'll be a full day on the trail so bring food and such.
